At LittUp, we strive to provide the highest quality streetwear and exceptional customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please read through our exchange and returns policy to understand how we handle any issues that may arise.

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the exclusive nature of our collections, we do not accept returns or exchangesonce an order has been placed.
  • Faulty Items: If you believe you have received a faulty item (e.g., a manufacturing defect), please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at littup.streetwear@gmail.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. Faulty items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and unused) and cannot show signs of misuse. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or store credit if the item is deemed faulty.
  • Final Sale on Promotions: Any item purchased during a promotion, discount, or special event is considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
